Allow at least 60 minutes during peak holiday periods from the time you arrive to check in and pick up your tubing tickets. IMPORTANT: Parking fees in the Upper Lot at Snow Valley and Snow Summit are not included with tubing tickets. A $25-$40 Reserved Parking fee will be in effect on February: 7-9, 14-17, 21-23, 28; March: 1-2, 7-9, 14-16, 21-23, 28-30.
Locate Your Confirmation Barcode(s)
After your purchase is complete, you should receive a confirmation email entitled, "Big Bear Mountain Resort Reservations" for all reservations purchased. To ensure deliverability, please add reservations@bbmr.com to your safe sender list. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, check your junk/spam folder or call 844.GO2.BEAR to speak to a reservation specialist. Please note, call and chat volumes may vary. We appreciate your patience.
Head to the Tube Hill Kiosk
With your email confirmation, you will check in at the tube hill to pick up your ticket. Be sure you've signed a liability waiver online.
Separate Lines: Upon arrival, please head to the Will-Call line to pick up your reservation. This line is specifically for guests who have pre-purchased tickets and have signed their waivers. The second line will be for walk-up customers, so you won’t need to wait behind them.
Pre-Printed Reservations: To speed up the process, we will be pre-printing your reservations ahead of time, so you can quickly pick up your tickets without any printing delays.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Snow Valley exclusively provides upper lot parking, without any offsite parking alternatives. During periods of paid parking at Snow Valley, once all pre-purchased parking reservations are fully booked, no additional on-site parking will be available. Availability is limited. It's important to be aware that guests that arrive after upper lot parking has been filled without a parking reservation will be denied parking access by Big Bear Mountain Resort.

Coyote Creek Tube Park
Operating Days: Open daily, 10AM-3:30PM and extended to 5:30PM on Night Session dates; subject to change at any time

About Coyote Creek Tube Park
The new and improved snow tubing area at Snow Valley will make its debut for the 23/24 winter season. Come check out the brand-new moving carpets and tube lanes located on the west end of the base area.

Between chairs 12 and 13.
Are there any restrictions such as age or height requirements?
Open to all ages, however, riders must be at least 42" tall and a minimum of 40 lb. Any guest that does not meet the minimum requirements may not participate. Maximum weight to ride is 270 lb. Grizzly Ridge Tube Park
Operating Days: Open daily, 10AM-3:30PM and extended to 5:30PM on Night Session dates; subject to change at any time

One Ticket Includes:- 1 hour and 30 minutes of unlimited laps
- Access up to 4 (four) 300-foot tubing lanes
- Access to the moving carpet to take you to the top of the hill
- Provided 1 (one) snow tube
Located at Snow Summit, the Grizzly Ridge Tube Park is great for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. Skip the hiking and take a magic carpet to the top of the tube park, then slide down our 4 (four) 300-foot tubing lanes as fast as you can in one of our high-speed tubes. Tubing is offered during the winter and summer months.
