Registration is free and open to the public. Online sign-ups will be available for a limited time in mid-February, with some onsite registration also available on the day of the event, space permitting. All participants must sign a waiver (guardians are required to sign for minors). Because this is an on-snow competition, a valid day lift ticket or season pass is required.

The Smith Jib & Jam will go down at Bear Mountain on February 28, 2026. Participants will battle it out for a $4K prize purse on two features in The Scene. The first-place winner of each open division walks away with $1K and Smith gear. We’ll also award the best standout rider with a 26/27 BBMR Season Pass.

This will be an overall impression judging format, so dull those edges & pick the right tricks. The more you drop in, the better your odds are at walking away with some of the loot.

Registration is required and will take place day of in person at Bear Mountain. A valid lift ticket or season pass is required for all on-hill activities and chairlift access.
