Pass Pick Up
Season passes must be picked up at ticket windows during operating hours. The purchaser/pass holder must be present upon pick up and present a valid physical photo ID, with proof of age, such as a birth certificate, passport, or valid driver's license.

Parking
Upper lot and remote parking lot access will be available for free on a first come, first served basis Opening Weekend. Tailgating is not permitted at Big Bear Mountain Resort. Follow the Parking attendants and digital signage to know where to go.

Guests that have already purchased a Premium Parking Pass may pick up their pass at Bear Mountain or Snow Summit daily during operating hours. These passes will not be mailed to you.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE INTERMOUNTAIN SHUTTLES: The free shuttle that connects Bear Mountain and Snow Summit will not be operating on Opening Weekend.
