Our team will determine the refund you qualify for based on the time/date on the submitted form. Although processing the refund may take up to 7 days, your refund is based on the time/date submitted, not the time/date reviewed. During high demand periods, this process can take longer.

REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY

You can change or cancel your lift ticket, lesson, rental, or activity reservation up to 3 full days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund. Changes or cancellations made within 3 days, up until the day prior to the scheduled date, will result in an Activity Change Voucher being issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee). Same-day changes, cancellations, or failure to show up to your activity will result in a full forfeit of your payment.

Same-day requests are not applicable. It will result in a full forfeit of your payment. If you are wanting to change your reservation to another date, you will need to call us. Change requests are not applicable in this form. Pricing is subject to change based on the new reservation date.
